Introducing the first episode of the Digital Hitmen After Hours Podcast!
How Did The Digital Hitmen After Hours Podcast Start?
The founders of Digital Hitmen, Levi Saunders and Brad Russell, recently became friends with Stevo Bonhage. Stevo is a German-born, super-talented photographer with a passion for travel and meeting interesting people.
Stevo was initially enquiring about SEO services, but after their first meeting it become apparent that something much more exciting was possible. At one point during the meeting, Levi told of his aspirations to one day start a podcast. Little did he know that was exactly what Stevo had extensive experience doing.
What is the After Hours Podcast?
The Digital Hitmen After Hours Podcast is aimed at bringing together interesting people from all walks of life (from both Perth and beyond). In a relaxed and fun environment, they reveal their life stories, quirky tales and opinions on a range of topics.
The First Episode
After a short intro, the purpose of the night was to give a rough outline of what the After Hours Podcast entails.
After that, it was all about getting used to working with each other; talking about pretty much anything that popped into their heads and most importantly having a laugh while doing so. No subject was off limits.
So, What’s Next?
The one thing all three guys share in common is they are incredibly passionate about what they do. Admittedly, there are a lot of unknown factors in this podcast series, but that’s what they love about it.
So the short answer is…who really knows. Tune in next time to see where this crazy ride takes them.
Stev was born in Germany, but lived in Sweden throughout the majority of his teenage years. After dropping out of school at the age of 17, he fell in love with photography. It didn’t take long for photography to take over Stev’s focus in life. While some call it a profession, the camera has always been more of a tool for him; both in life and work.Stev has shot in over 30 countries. He often combines his love of photography with his passion for MMA (and other forms of combat sports). This, together with his travel experience, ensures he is never short of a good story on the podcast.
Brad’s passion, outside of family and work, is sport. He has a particular fondness for AFL and is a keen supporter of the West Coast Eagles. Other sports he follows closely include cricket and basketball.Brad graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in E-Commerce, Marketing and Information Systems). With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, he is the backbone of the Digital Hitmen technical SEO team.On the podcast, Brad is the more subdued of the three regulars. However, he enjoys his beer and you’ll often find he loosens up by the end of the episode.
Levi was born and bred and Tasmania (we don’t hold that against him). He loves any sport to do with water, in particular, swimming.Levi graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2010 as a physical education teacher. With experience in distinctly different jobs over the years, Levi finds his passion in human interaction, content creation and marketing. He is known for his lengthy strategy sessions and coming up with new better and quicker ways to do things which categorically play to his strengths, of course.Levi tends to go off on a tangent with his topics on the podcast, and it’s very noticeable how much he enjoys it. His wild sense of humour finds a way to keep into most conversations. It’s Levi’s wish to make sure everyone’s having as much fun as he is.
